BICT Fest และ Daryl & Co ภูมิใจเสนอโครงการพัฒนาศิลปิน โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ แนวทางการทำงาน และองค์ความรู้ในการพัฒนาศิลปะการแสดงสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นที่เป็นทั้งจุดเริ่มต้นและหัวใจสำคัญของโครงการนี้ คือ การเข้าถึง (accessibility) และ ความหลากหลาย (inclusivity) ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นเรื่องที่ยังไม่แพร่หลายนักในแวดวงศิลปะร่วมสมัยของไทย
เมื่อสำรวจบริบทของการสร้างสรรค์งานเพื่อความหลากหลายและเข้าถึง เราพบว่าอุปสรรคสำคัญที่ศิลปินผู้พิการต้องเผชิญ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ที่ใดในโลก คือการขาดโอกาสฝึกฝน พัฒนา และแสดงศักยภาพ โครงการนี้จึงมุ่งสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยและจริงใจในการแลกเปลี่ยน เพื่อให้แนวคิดเรื่องการเข้าถึงไม่ใช่แค่การรับ “แนวคิดจากโลกตะวันตก” ตามกระแสนิยม แต่สามารถทำได้จริงในบริบทของผู้เข้าร่วม
Holding The Door Open หวังว่าจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น “เปิดประตู” สู่ความเข้าใจร่วมกันระหว่างองค์กรผู้จัด องค์กรพาร์ทเนอร์ และศิลปิน และเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ว่าศิลปะจะเป็นเครื่องมือสร้างความรับรู้และนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคมได้อย่างไร โดยเฉพาะในการขับเคลื่อนประเด็นความหลากหลายทั้งในด้านทีมงาน ศิลปิน และผู้ชม
ในปี 2568 นี้ BICT Fest และ Daryl & Co จะร่วมกันดำเนินกิจกรรมหลัก ดังนี้:
- พัฒนาความร่วมมือเชิงลึกระหว่างองค์กรผู้จัดเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์จริงที่เกิดจากอุปสรรคหรือทัศนคติต่อผู้พิการและบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายทางประสาทสัมผัส (neurodivergent) โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่ความหลากหลายและการเข้าถึงศิลปะของผู้ชมรุ่นเยาว์
- จัดเวิร์กช็อปพัฒนาศิลปินร่วมกับ The Rainbow Room Foundation และภาควิชาศิลปการละคร คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ ในรูปแบบไฮบริด โดยประกอบด้วย:
- เวิร์กช็อปออนไลน์ 4 ครั้งในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568
- เวิร์กช็อปออนไซต์ระหว่างวันที่ 8–12 กันยายน 2568 ที่ศูนย์ศิลปการละครสดใส พันธุมโกมล จุฬาฯ
- นำเสนอผลจากการเวิร์กช็อปต่อสาธารณชนในวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2568
จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม:
เปิดรับสมัครและคัดเลือกศิลปินศิลปะการแสดงที่พำนักในไทยจำนวน 10 คน โดยแบ่งเป็น:
- ศิลปินที่ระบุว่าตนเองมีความต้องการพิเศษด้านพัฒนาการและพฤติกรรม (Neurodivergent) และ/หรือมีความหลากหลายทางกายภาพ เช่น การมองเห็น การได้ยิน ไปจนถึงการเคลื่อนไหว จำนวน 5 คน
- ศิลปินที่ไม่ได้ระบุตนเองว่าตนเองมีความต้องการพิเศษแต่มีความตั้งใจจริงในการสร้างสรรค์งานที่มีความหลากหลายและเข้าถึงได้ และสนใจทำงานสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน จำนวน 5 คน
เวิร์กช็อปนี้จะชวนศิลปินสำรวจแนวคิดและวิธีการทำงานแบบ disabled-led และ aesthetics of access หรือการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะที่การเข้าถึง และความหลากหลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์อย่างแท้จริง เปิดพื้นที่ให้ทดลองคิด ทดลองสร้าง และค้นหาความเป็นไปได้ใหม่ๆ ของศิลปะที่มีความหมายสำหรับทุกคน
BICT Fest and Daryl & Co are pleased to announce an artist development programme focused on sharing practices, experiences and knowledge to benefit the development of access and inclusion within creative work for young audiences. Although these values are the start and heart of our project, they are still underrepresented within the arts sector.
Through conversations between partners, we could identified that regardless of country, the biggest barrier for Disabled artists is the lack of access to training, skill development, and professional opportunities, which results in a lack of profile for their work and therefore impacts on audience diversity. This bespoke approach with local artists and partners will build creative knowledge and progression towards access and inclusion ensuring that it is relevant rather than just an ethos ‘parachuted’ in from “the west”.
Holding The Door Open aims to open the door to a shared understanding of “Access” and “Inclusion” between BICT Fest, Daryl & Co and Thai artists, demonstrating how we can make changes to address the lack of diversity in leadership, workforces, artists and audiences across each organisation.
Throughout 2025, BICT Fest and Daryl & Co will work together to:
- Undertake partnership development to create a shared understanding of lived experiences based on the realities of local barriers and attitudes for disabled and neurodivergent people, with a focus on the young people’s art sector.
- Deliver artist development workshop in collaboration with the Rainbow Room Foundation and the Department of Dramatic Arts, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University. The workshop will take place from July to September in hybrid form with the following activities:
- 4 On-line sessions 4 in July 2025 (dates and time will be decided with selected participants)
- 5-day on-site workshop on 8-12 September 2025 at Sodsai Pantoomkomol Center for Dramatic Arts, Chulalongkorn University
- Public presentation and sharing on 12 September 2025
Number of Participants:
10 Thailand-based performing artists will be selected through an open call.
- 5 artists who identify themselves as D/deaf, Disabled, Visually Impaired and/or Neurodivergent alongside
- 5 non-disabled artists who are interested in ctreating more accessible and inclusive works. (TYA artists are preferable but not obligatory)
Through this approach we will explore what Disabled-led approaches to performance are most relevant to the artists and partners within their own context and how access requirements and the ethos of the ‘aesthetics of access’ can allow us to re-think, re-imagine and create a new work

- เวิร์กช็อปออนไลน์ผ่าน Zoom จำนวน 4 ครั้งในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2568 (วันและเวลาจะกำหนดร่วมกับผู้ได้รับคัดเลือก)
- กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนกระบวนการทางศิลปะ วันที่ 8–12 กันยายน 2568

Programme Overview:

เรากำลังมองหาศิลปินจำนวน 10 คนที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทยและทำงานด้านศิลปะการแสดง เช่น การแสดง การเต้น ดนตรี การกำกับ หรือการแสดงรูปแบบอื่นๆ และ มีความสนใจในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน (ศิลปินที่ทำงานสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ แต่ไม่ใช่เงื่อนไขหลักในการคัดเลือก)
คุณสมบัติหลักของผู้เข้าร่วม:

We are looking for 10 Thailand-based artists who work in live performance — such as acting, dancing, music, directing, or any performance-based practice — and have an interest in creating work for young audiences (preferable but not obligatory).
We welcome:
- 5 artists who identify as D/deaf, Disabled, Visually Impaired, and/or Neurodivergent
- 5 non-disabled artists who are committed to inclusive practice
You might be:
- An emerging artist eager to learn about access and inclusion
- A mid-career artist looking to evolve your practice
Most important is your passion and commitment to creating inclusive, meaningful, and accessible work for children and families (preferable but not obligatory).

♿ การสนับสนุนด้านการเข้าถึง
แนวคิดเรื่อง “การเข้าถึง” คือหัวใจของโครงการนี้ เราจะจัดเตรียมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน ได้แก่:
- เอกสารที่อ่านง่าย
- ข้อความบรรยายภาพ (ALT Text) และคำอธิบายภาพ
- พื้นที่จัดกิจกรรมที่เหมาะกับผู้มีความหลากหลายทางด้านร่างกาย
- สภาพแวดล้อมที่ผ่อนคลายและเป็นมิตร
- ช่วงเวลาพักอย่างสม่ำเสมอในแต่ละวัน
นอกจากนี้ ศิลปินที่ได้รับคัดเลือกสามารถแจ้งรายละเอียดเป็นรายบุคคลแก่เรา เพื่อร่วมกันจัดเตรียมสิ่งที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการเฉพาะด้านการเข้าถึง เช่น เวลา รูปแบบการสื่อสาร และสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพได้
